Location, location, location

The build process is a steady high quality process. All properties are positioned to preserve trees and the natural habitat. Orientation of the properties is based on south facing sunshine in the summer months, but when the winter snow falls you can embrace the view and shelter on the patio around the winter barbeque.

Gardens and the recreation areas in the village are designed to recapture the natural feeling found in original 'old' villages. Fire pits areas, forest air houses and the central pool area will all be created to capture the natural environment. Many of the gardens will just flow into the forest giving you a feeling of real rural living.

The detail of the build quality and attention to the details of the exterior of each property has been a major focus. Gesha-farm, with donkeys, goats, small animals and organic vegetables will keep the young ones occupied and educated all holiday.

and cart

Car free zone... almost unheard of these days, but at Geshaview there will be NO cars. The tracks in the village are more walkways than roads. Vehicular access is in place for emergencies and maintenance, but the only form of travel is to walk or by donkey and cart.

Everything rural - walking, cycling, fishing, hunting and more

Simple pastimes, relaxing occupations, and just slowing down to a different way of life is what you will find within a short walk from Geshaview. Painting, fishing, photography, mountain biking are all on the menu for an enjoyable rural day out.

Relax in a forest glen

Spend an afternoon lost in the forest. Sit yourself in one of the beautifully positioned shaded 'air shacks' . Great for the evening as well, when the 'air shacks' turn into your own, private forest barbeque pit.

With 3 restaurants and 2 café bars you can choose from an array of organic food and wine. Most of the ingredients used at the village is grown locally and will be served to you by local staff. Traditional cooking and evening entertainment captures the emotion and history of beautiful Bulgaria.

Being 'active' does not always have to involve perspiration and stopwatches. Learning how to re-create a few basic things we take for granted today, like a wheel, kitchen sink or garden tools ­ try making one ­ it's a craft in itself and very satisfying. There are many traditional craft skills you can participate in and enjoy.
