Our personalised viewing trips are for you to visit a show house, see the site and experience the local area.
The ideal trip will take seven days. The first two days will be spent viewing property, with a further two days as ‘free days’ for you to experience the local area for yourself should you choose. Another day is normally taken up with signing of the provisional paperwork and opening of bank accounts, but only if you are comfortable and would like to proceed.

How to Arrange a Viewing Trip
All viewing trips are arranged through our UK Office. We can facilitate all the flight bookings, transfer and accommodation. We will organise your trip right down to the fine detail so you can maximize your time.

Flights and Arrival
Flights to Bulgaria are usually from London airports, especially outside the normal holiday season. An indirect flight is often involved if flying with an European airline.
You will be met in Bulgaria by our fluent English speaking staff in the arrival lounge where we will transfer you to your hotel. Either the same day or the following day, depending on your flight arrival time we will arrange the transfer to the SimpliBulgaria site and your local hotel accommodation.

Viewing Trip - Day One
On day one we will collect you from your hotel and visit the Geshaview office where we will explain the village to you and why the location of the village is so unique.
You will then be shown houses in the vicinity that have been built to modern western standards but with the style of traditional Bulgarian properties.
A visit to Bojenci will give you the real experience of a traditional Bulgarian village, the layout and style of which is being embraced at the Geshaview village.
To conclude the first day we will take you to a village and show the working craft shops allowing you to experience the style of buildings and courtyard that will be created.

Viewing Trip - Day Two
The day will start with a visit to the Geshaview village where you will be able to walk around, admire the breathtaking views, see the Gatehouse, walk in the forest area, look around the village and discuss the finer points of your investment.
When you have absorbed the feeling of the site we will travel to the nearby picturesque lake and view the immediate surroundings, the villages, the local hotel and the farm area. We will then take you to visit the local attractions in the area including a look at local crafts shops, a look at the expensive traditional houses, the restaurants and the stunning views across the ancient capital.

Your two days viewing will conclude with a summary meeting in the office to discuss the time frames of the village, payment structure, rental returns etc.
If you are happy to proceed there will be a small amount of paperwork to complete, a bank account to open and a few legal procedures to understand. This will normally be arranged to take place on the third day of your trip.

On your viewing trip you will be able to experience real Bulgarian architecture.
